Petronas - Project Mulberi
Project Description
Mulberi is Petronas Lubricants' first project in India. The Lube Oil Plant in Patalganga MIDC, on the outskirts of Mumbai. The project was first planned & envisaged in 2014 & Mhatre Sanjeev Architects were brought on board as Architects in the same year.
In addition to Architectural consultancy, MSA was also appointed to fullfil the Interior Design requirements of the Project. The scope of Inteiror works included a 10,500 sq.ft Administrative Building complete with Training Room, Medical Room, Meeting Rooms, Conference Room and Cafeteria with Dining.
Apart from the above mentioned Administrative building, MSA is also handling the interior works of a 8,000 sq.ft. state of the art Laboratory and several other Ancillary spaces like the Gate Cabins
