Project Description
Mulberi is Petronas Lubricants' first project in India. The Lube Oil Plant in Patalganga MIDC, on the outskirts of Mumbai.
The project was first planned & envisaged in 2014 & Mhatre Sanjeev Architects were brought on board as Architects in the same year.
Since then, the 25 acre land parcel has been developed & the site is now close to Hand Over. In this period, the project has completed around 1.5 million man hours at site.
MSA scope of Works - Architectural Consultancy, Structural Design & Interior Works.
