Profile

We have executed "World Class" facilities on a Pan-India basis, and has now branched out to handling projects outside India.

MHATRE SANJEEV ARCHITECTS

MSA is a multidisciplinary Architecture and Interior Design firm founded in 1978.

The firm is helmed by Sanjeev Mhatre, a registered architect with the Council of Architecture, associate of the Indian Institute of Architects and a member of PEATA. In this period of 40 years we have built a good will with all our valued clients, resulting in repeat assignments for them.

Design Philosophy

Our approach is to achieve innovative designs with best proportions of aesthetics and utility while focusing on cost effectiveness and “value addition” at every stage. The firm strives to respect the client’s time and money by executing projects well within the stipulated time and estimates.

“Single Window” System

On understanding the requirements and the site conditions we do the planning considering all the aspects of execution like ground improvement, civil, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing & sanitation, fire-fighting, interiors and landscaping. The designing required for the various works, is carried out by our “in-house” associate consultants.

This helps in the co-ordination in planning as well as in the execution stage. The owners save on time, that could be otherwise wasted in co-ordination with all the consultants and the design concepts are maintained.

This gives the level of comfort to our clients in respect of the “responsibilities and accountability”.

MHATRE SANJEEV ARCHITECTS has now specialized in the field of Container Freight Stations and Logistics Centers. In view of keeping up with the latest systems and trends related to the Shipping Industry, Mr. Sanjeev Mhatre has been regularly making case study visits to facilities in Singapore, Taiwan, Dubai. Jabel Ali and Sharjah. This has helped the firm execute “World Class” facilities on a Pan – India basis, and has now branched out to handling projects outside India with projects going on in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.
